Deck the Halls

So there's this awesome annual art show here in Syracuse organized by Jamie Santos that's all custom skate decks, called Deck the Halls. I've participated a couple times, and this year Jamie asked me to do the flyer too. So here it is - my version of the Party Wolf character that has become sort of the trademark of the show. Now I gotta get started on my deck!

Rock Allegiance 2018

I was lucky enough to score the poster gig for this year's Rock Allegiance festival again, this was a fun one. Sometimes it's cool to do something without skulls in it! Hope it sold well, I really like how it turned out.

Metallica - Spit Out the Bone

Metallica! My third graphic for them, done as a promo for their current record, Hardwired...to Self Destruct and the song Spit Out the Bone. This has been done for a while now but just got permission to share it. Hopefully I'll find out where I can get one of these soon, but for now I don't have any info on that.

Foo Fighters Toronto

Super stoked to have scored this one - a poster for Foo Fighters, for their July 2018 show in Toronto. This is a depiction of Hecate, an ancient Greek goddess of many things, among them witchcraft, sorcery, necromancy, and crossroads. I thought she'd make for a cool image, and I really like how this turned out. These sold out at the show (both regular (red/tan) and variant (blue/green) versions), but I have a bunch still available in my webstore if anyone wants to grab one.

Iron Invasion

Scored a gig doing a graphic for this year's Iron Invasion car and bike show in Woodstock, IL. The show is happening this weekend actually, wish I could go! Someday. Anyway, here's the graphic I did, I think it's been printed on t-shirts to be sold at the event. They do minibike races at this event, that's why I have minibikes in the graphic. Now I want a minibike.

Primus Glens Falls Poster

I was lucky enough to be chosen again to do a Primus gig poster for their recent summer 2018 tour. This time they were trying to match up artists to the shows most local to them, so I was able to do the Glens Falls, NY poster (I live within a couple hours of that venue). Here it is - still have some available in the webstore if you want to grab a copy.

Queens of the Stone Age

Very pleased to announce that I was able to snag a QOTSA poster commission, for their May 17 2018 show in Calgary, AB, Canada. I'm a big Queens fan, and they always have incredible gig posters from all sorts of amazing artists, so this is definitely something I have been gunning for for a while now. Apparently it sold out pretty fast at the venue the night of the show, and I've received a lot of positive feedback, so I'm hoping this is the first of many for them. I do have artist copies available in my web shop (link to the shop here or at right in the sidebar) if you're interested. Hope you enjoy!

Carolina Rebellion

This is a poster commission done for the Carolina Rebellion festival that happened last weekend in Concord, NC. This one was a lot of fun - I used to have a Pinto sort of like the one I drew in this poster, although mine rode at normal ride height and had quite a bit more rust. I haven't seen any of these printed, if you went to the show and have one, send me a photo!

Rough Edges Racing

I was commissioned by Rough Edges Racing in Rochester, NY to do this graphic for their land speed Triumph motorcycle racing crew. It will be on t-shirts, stickers, their race trailer, and probably some other stuff too. This was a fun one!

SIZZLEPIE!!

I was invited to participate in the annual Sizzlepie Pizza Box Art Show. The official art show opening was April 19 at the original Sizzle Pie in Portland, Oregon, where my piece was displayed alongside 50+ amazing artists. Everyone was charged with doing a B&W piece for the show, most of which will eventually end up actually printed on pizza boxes throughout the coming year. I might even get a few for my webstore. Mucho thanks to Bossdog and the Sizzle Pie crew for having me, this piece was a lot of fun!

Fort Rock Fest

I was asked to do the poster for this year's Fort Rock festival in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This is what I ended up with. This was screenprinted in 6 colors on 18x24" natural colored stock and sold at the event. I haven't seen (and don't have) any of the printed copies, but hopefully it printed and sold well at the event. If anyone has one, snap a photo and email it to me, I'd love to see how they turned out!
